Translate to English Duft nach eingemachtem Stein- und Kernobst mit kräuterigen Anklängen, etwas Mineralik und zarten Kandistönen. Klar und geradlinig im Mund, nicht ganz trockene Frucht mit sehr feiner Säure und kräuterigen Nuancen, im Hintergrund etwas Mineralität, mittlerer Körper, gewisser Schmelz, relativ geschliffener Stil, nicht allzu tief, aber sehr sorgfältig gemacht, guter Abgang.
