2016 Süd-Steiermark Ried Kapun Grauburgunder trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, cool nose, prominent nutty notes, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, floral traces, pomaceous fruit and a hint of citrus, peppery and mineral notes. Ripe, tart, bone dry fruit on the palate, slightly creamy, vanilla and spicy notes, buttery traces, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, yeasty traces, some cloves, persistent, still undeveloped, salty mineral notes, hint of bacon, some grip on a very good finish.
