Firm nose, floral and delicate nutty notes, ripe, partly candied yellow fruit, some orange zests, earthy and mineral aromas. Very firm, ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty notes, hint of tobacco and yellow spice, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, concentrated and persistent, intense salty mineral notes, complex, still undeveloped, elegant bite, ethereal notes, both cool and warm elements on a very good, long finish.
