Firm, fairly deep nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, elderflowers, citrus fruit, hint of passion fruit and some black berries, delicate peppery and p5rominent mineral notes. Ripe, creamy, dry fruit on the palate, yeasty, floral and vegetal notes, hint of red berries, moderate acidity, touch of exotic fruit, mineral notes in the background, light yeasty and nutty traces, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, very good, tart, slightlycreamy finish.
