Cool, tart nose, yeasty and vegetal notes, restrained light yellow fruit, some liver sausage, light floral and mineral notes. Fairly firm, ripe fruit on the palate, prominent nutty notes, yeasty, peppery and vegetal aromas, firm, lively acidity, integrated tannins, lightly persistent, very slightly noticeable warm alcohol, fairly good substance, mineral notes in the background, hint of juniper, slightly creamy, good to very good finish.
