Firm, slightly reductive, yeasty and a hint of smoky fragrance with light yellow fruity aromas, floral and vegetable tones and some minerality in the background. Clear, finely juicy, light fruit, vegetable to herbal and delicate floral tones, a hint of dark berries, quite clear minerality, again slightly smoky, has grip, fine, lively acidity and a trace of carbonic acid, very good, quite juicy finish
