Light nutty and yeasty notes on the nose, tart yellow fruit, very light touch of yellow spice, herbaceous traces, prominent mineral notes. Clear, ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, chalky, salty mineral notes, hint of bacon, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, hint of red berries, good persistence, good to very good finish.
