Light nutty oak on the nose, vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit,. Tranquil, slightly creamy but bone dry fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal notes, light nutty oak, moderate acidity, slightly muted, some substance and persistence, mineral notes in the background, slightly warm and creamy on an otherwise tart finish.
