Toasty and somewhat tobacco aroma of ripe black berries with a little dried herbs, nutty aromas and earthy, tarry hints. Ripe, partly preserved dark fruit with toasty and somewhat tobacco wood notes, liquorice, cocoa and a little juniper, warm, melting and persistent on the palate, grip of crumbly tannin, dried herbal nuances, hints of salt, very good finish.

Editor note: Slightly developed, slightly bacony, slightly earthy and nutty-woody scent of black berries and a little cherry with tobacco aromas and hinted pepper. Rather juicy, ripe, partly preserved fruit with smoky, roasted wood aromas, bacon and dried herbs again, a little liquorice and coffee on the palate, ethereal notes, good substance and persistence, crumbly-sandy tannin, lots of strength and noticeable alcohol, lots of cassis and elderberry in the very good finish.
