Klare, etwas schmelzige Frucht mit vegetabilen bis leicht kräuterigen Aromen, sehr feine Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Salz im Hintergrund, hat aber auch Biss, angedeutet Speckig, guter Abgang.
