2011 3909, Late Harvest, Tokaj-Hegyalja, Hungary

Somewhat dried-vegetable and slightly smoky nose with pome fruit aromas, a trace of tobacco and some citrus fruits as well as floral nuances. Clear, polished, sweet fruit in the mouth, caramel notes and rock candy, delicate nutty and floral hints in the background, very fine acidity, smoky nuances again, good substance and persistence, has polish, still young, but already harmonious, a trace of yeast pastry, quite firm, a little mineral, very good, sweet finish.
