2012 Furmint trocken PERCZE, MÁD, Tokaj-Hegyalja, Hungary

Pomaceous fruit and citrus on the nose, light nutty and restrained spicy oak, tart vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate yeasty and earthy-mineral traces in the background. Clear, tightly knit, finely juicy fruit, yeasty and slightly nutty flavours, very fine, lively acidity, good persistence, has grip, delicately creamy, again planty to herbal nuances, plus a hint of butter, still quite young, very good finish.
