Translate to English Deutlich vegetabiler, etwas an Wurzelgemüse erinnernder Duft mit hefigen und erdigen Noten, ein wenig welken hellen Blüten, angedeutet gelben Früchten, Champignons und einem Hauch Speck. Recht fest im Mund, nussig, hefig, vegetabil bis kräuterig und wieder auch leicht speckig, feines, gleichmäßiges Mousseux, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff, erdige bis mineralische Noten im Hintergrund, gewisser Schmelz und etwas Süße am Gaumen, ein Hauch Butter, gewisse Tiefe, im Hintergrund mineralisch, sehr guter bis langer, wieder süßlicher, leicht vegetabiler bis kräuteriger, nussiger und erneut speckiger Abgang mit Griff und Biss.
