Champagne AOC sec Nocturne, Champagne, France

Restrained, somewhat yeasty and apple-like nose with wilt-floral and very slightly nutty and mushroomy aromas. Delicate, sweetish fruit with quite fine mousseux, nutty and mushroomy nuances as well as a little rock candy, delicate floral in the background, some white bread, herbal nuances, hints of red berries, good persistence, good to very good, again sweetish and somewhat apple-like finish.
