Clear apple nose with a hint of citrus, dried yeasty and vegetal notes. Elegant juicy fruit on the palate, more prominent spicy yeasty and vegetal notes, very fine, even elegant mousse, good persistence, bone dry, very harmonious and refreshing, has some grip, good to very good finish. Stimulates the appetite, refrshing and enjoyable.
