Slightly herbal and quite mineral aroma of lemon balm, limes and pears with light nutty and dried floral hints and some butter. Firm and quite juicy in the mouth, clear, melting, youthful fruit with clearly light nutty wood notes, very fine acidity, mellow, grippy tannin, some chilli spiciness on the palate, buttery hints, lasting, has power, warmth and substance, lots of salty minerality in the background, a hint of caramel, some depth, still young, a hint of juniper, very good, but also quite warm and alcoholic finish with wasabi notes. Should mature a little more
