2006 Saperavi trocken, Kachetien, Georgia

Cassis no the nose, light medicinal notes, delicate roasted notes and some old oak. Clear, slightly bitter red and blackcurrants, hint of cherries, quite lively and refreshing, slightly astringent, but quite well integrated tannins, attractive to good finish.
