Translate to English Fester Duft nach teils eingemachten und angetrockneten schwarzen und etwas roten Beeren mit Bitterschokolade, Orangenzesten, Speck, Tabak und anderen getrocknet-pflanzlichen Tönen, etwas Lorbeer, einem Hauch Pfeffer und erdigen Noten. Reife, teils eingemacht wirkende, saftige Frucht, schokoladige Aromen und ein wenig kandierte Nüsse, präsentes, feines, überwiegend mürbes Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewisse Alkoholwärme, süßlicher Schmelz, etwas Tiefe, leicht kompottiger Stil, aber auch mit gewissem Säurebiss, tabakige und torfige Aromen, viel Schokolade auch im alkoholstarken, an eingelegte reife dunkle Beeren und Kirschen erinnernden Abgang.
