Cool, firm and tart, quite deeply dried vegetable to herbaceous, slightly yeasty and rather mineral fragrance with restrained, light yellow-fruity aromas. Firm, tangy-juicy, again light fruit with yeasty notes and a lot of fine vegetable to herbal spice, polished acidity, some grip, persistent on the palate, mineral, a little nutty, some depth, very good, tangy-juicy and somewhat melting finish with touch and white-peppery nuances.
