Eingemachte, recht saftige Frucht im Mund, etwas schokoladiges Holz mit Lakritznoten, feinsandiges, noch leicht trocknendes Tannin, etwas Kandis, auch Zitruszesten, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, mit Luft zunehmend vegetabile Aromen, merklicher Säurebiss, guter bis sehr guter, eher herber Abgang.
