Translate to English Leicht erdiger und nussiger Duft nach reifen roten und ein wenig schwarzen Beeren mit ein wenig Kräutern, einer Spur Tabak, ledrig-animalischen und holzigen Aromen sowie mineralischen Anklängen. Reife, feste und konzentrierte, recht geschliffene, herb-saftige Frucht mit nussigen und zart tabakigen Holzaromen, ein wenig Gewürzen und Süßholz, feinsandiges Tannin, kräftig und nachhaltig am Gaumen, wieder animalische Spuren, tabakige, leicht nussige und herbe salzig-mineralische Töne, zedrig im Hintergrund, Sojasauce, noch unentwickelt, ziemlich fester Bau, viel Leben, gute Tiefe, vielschichtig, sehr guter, straffer, saftiger und salziger Abgang. Trotz ein wenig Brettanomyces erstklassig.
