Slightly peppery, spicy and smoky-roasted scent of ripe red and also a little black berries with dried herbal and earthy nuances. Tart, juicy, ripe, slightly warm fruit, firm, youthful tannin, moderate wood spice, very slightly sooty and ashy tones, again also dried herbs, a hint of bacon, earthy and salty notes in the background, noticeable alcohol, good persistence, bitter chocolate and tart juice in the very good, again alcoholic finish.
