Geschliffene, schlanke Frucht im Mund, gewürzige, vegetabile und zart salzige Aromen, erdig-mineralische Beitöne, etwas Lakritz, zarter Säurebiss, präsente, feinsandige Tannine, recht gekonnter Holzeinsatz, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, nicht ewig tief, aber geschliffen, relativ kühler Stil, guter Abgang.
