Somewhat herbal, nutty and delicately yeasty aroma with restrained yellow fruity and also mineral notes. Quite firm, tart-juicy fruit, nutty aromas, somewhat chalky on the palate, herbal traces, good persistence, some melting, very fine acidity, delicate grip, very good, again firm finish. Has developed very well and can mature longer than originally expected
