2006 Barbera d'Asti DOC, Piedmont, Italy

Jammy red berries on the nose, delicate tart and light spicy notes, some vegetal notes and old oak. More slightly jammy berry fruit on the palate, old oak and vegetal notes, light earthy notes, quite fine and slightly dusty tannins, not particularly deep, attractive finish.
