Relativ saftige und etwas schmelzige Frucht mit vegetabilen, hellen erdigen bis mineralischen und auch ein wenig speckigen Noten, feine, recht lebendige Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, angedeutete Süße, ein wenig Kandis, guter bis sehr guter, saftiger und eine Spur rauchiger Abgang.
