2011 Barbera del Monferrato Superiore DOCG 1930 una buona annata, Piedmont, Italy

Translate to English Ziemlich fester, eine Spur animalischer Duft nach dunklen Beeren und Sauerkirschen mit etwas Gummi sowie unterholzigen und erdig-mineralischen Tönen. Reife, dunkle, teils eingemachte Frucht im Mund, getrocknet-pflanzliche und erdige Noten, etwas kakaowürziges Holz, feinsandige Tannine und etwas Säurebiss, nachhaltig und kräftig am Gaumen, bleibt aber dennoch verhältnismäßig kühl, wieder eine Spur Gummi im Hintergrund, kerniger Stil, mineralische Töne, viel Griff, sehr guter, herber Abgang mit Saft und Würze.
