Tart, herbal nose, partly dried citrus zest, yeasty, slightly nutty and earthy notes. Tart fruit on the palate, dried citrus and citrus zests, light yellow spice, lively acidity, yeasty and light nutty notes, light tannic touch, fairly persistent, slightly rough, quite a good finish with a touch.
