2003 Moscadello di Montalcino DOC, Tuscany, Italy

Mineral and light roasted notes on the nose, lemon grass, candied citrus fruit, some honey and mint with delicate floral aromas. Both tart and sweet on the palate, smoky notes, floral notes, some bitter almond in the background, full-bodied, could do with a bit more depth, fairly tart, otherwise attractive finish.
