Grapefruit and quinces on the nose, herbs and spices, some stalky notes. Partly candied wedges of Mediterranean fruit on the palate, spicvy again, light vegetal notes, resiny touch, integrated acidity, individualistic style, slightly creamy, spicy, light mienral traces, but also playful, lively, full-bodied, slightly warming alcohol, very slightly sweetish on an attractive finish.
