2005 Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC, Piedmont, Italy

Tart red berries on the nose, vegetal notes, light leathery notes and wilted flowers. Restrained, fairly light-bodied fruit on the palate, fine sandy tannins, not a lot of substance, hint of coffee, slightly astringent on an attractive finish.
