Translate to English Herber, erdiger, vegetabiler und etwas mandelig-nussiger Duft mit verhaltenen Kernobstnoten. Trockene, eher kühle, zartsaftige Frucht mit deutlich vegetabilen und wieder leicht erdigen Noten, feine Säure, etwas Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, eine Spur Salz im Hintergrund, etwas Schmelz, speckige Nuancen, guter, relativ fester Abgang mit zart öligen Anklängen.
