2006 Brouilly AOC Vieilles Vignes "Cuvée Jules du Souzy", Beaujolais, France

Slightly restless nose, light animal notes, preserved red berries and some light cherries, sweetish herbaceous notes. Clear, elegant and juicy, slightly jammy fruit on the palate, fine dusty tannins, fairly persistent, floral and vegetal notes, hint of almonds, fine, very slightly astringent tannins, attractive to good finish.
