Quinces and citrus fruit on the nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate nutty traces. Tart and quite firm on the palate, clear fruit, light spicy oak, vegetal and earthy notes, elegant acidity, good persistence, salty mineral traces, good finish.
