Editor note: Tart nose, light peppery and animal notes, blackberries and cherries, hint of bacon, earthy and herbaceous notes. Clear, youthful, firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, light toasted oak, hint of licorice, herbs and coffee, fairly prominent fine sandy tannins, still very youthful, light acid bite, persistent, some depth, spicy and salty notes, very good, firm, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
Best to drink: 2020-2026+
