2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Noir Riserva Linticlarus, Alto Adige, Italy

Prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, predominantly red and a few black berries, floral traces, earthy and animal traces, hint of mushrooms. Ripe, fairly firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, light toasted, spicy oak, some coffee, light acid bite, fine, sandy, youthful tannins, good persistence, floral and herbaceous traces, salty notes in the background, hint of tobacco, earthy notes, slightly muted and astringent, slightly rough on an otherwise good to very good finish.
