Ripe, partly canided citrus fruit on the nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light nutty and delicate floral notes, earthy and mineral traces. Firm, tart, juicy, fairly polished fruit on the palate, lively acidity, light grip, delicate yeasty notes, vegetal, herbaceous, nutty and light floral aromas, delicate buttery traces in the background, good substance and persistence, light mineral traces, very good, fairly polished finish.
