Tart, distinctly herbaceous-vegetable scent with yellow and green fruity aromas, light nutty and earthy-mineral nuances and a little bit of elderflower. Ripe, juicy fruit with nutty hints, herbs, elderberry blossom and a little gooseberry, very fine acidity, some grip, blackberry and ethereal nuances on the palate, persistent, melting, but also with a fine bite, some depth, minerality in the background, very good finish with eucalyptus notes
