2011 trocken Tokaji Furmint Selection, Tokaj-Hegyalja, Hungary

Tart, distinctly dried vegetal to herbaceous and somewhat earthy notes, with dried floral traces and subdued, light yellow fruit aromas. Straightforward, tranquil fruit on the palate, yeasty and nutty traces, light vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, elegant earthy and light earthy notes in the background, lots of salt, fairly persistent, has some depth, hint of sugar candy, nutty and again salty notes on a good to very good finish.
