Golden yellow in colour. Somewhat floral honey scent with nutty hints, notes of ripe pome fruit as well as slightly vegetal and earthy-mineral tones. Ripe, tart fruit, fine acidity, some yellow spice, yeasty and floral nuances, good substance and persistence, very slightly muted, minerality in the background, delicate hints of holly and a touch of tobacco, salty notes, very good, tart and juicy finish.

Editor note: Ripe yellow fruit on the nose, vegetal notes, light earthy notes and medicinal traces. Firm but almost soft yellow fruit on the palate, persistent, cool herbaceous notes, light spicy oak, hint of coconut, fairly prominent polished acidity, still quite youthful, some preserved apples on a very good finish with some very light astringent notes.
