Mature, herbaceous and mineral notes of candied and dried citrus fruits, some pomaceous fruit and quince with dried floral notes. Full-bodied on the palate, creamy and high in alcohol, tart fruit, prominent vegetal and earthy notes, slightly tannic touch, slightly mature, noticeable alcohol, fairly persistent, nutty aromas, strong alcohol on an attractive finish and already slightly drained. Has developed much faster than expected.

Best to drink: Austrinken. What our ratings mean

Editor note: Yellow fruit on the nose, ripe, prominent vegetal notes and pumpkin, herbaceous notes. Tranquil style, compact, persistent fruit on the palate, apples, pumpkin, some green peaches and herbaceous notes, earthy and mineral notes, moderate oak, polished acidity provides backbone, dry, has some substance and depth, good finish. Needs time to develop.
