1998 D.O.Ca Rioja Reserva Barón de Oña, La Rioja, Spain

Medium-intense, mature nose, red berries, plums, wilted flowers and some raw meat, with cool mineral notes. Clean, cool and light-bodied, almost filigree style, harmonious tannins, acidity present, mienral notes, very persistent on the palate, firm structure, appears youthful and lively, a little astringent with aeration, good long finish.
