Editor note: Prominent oak on the nose, roasted notes and cocoa, some peanutes, animal and light mineral notes, herbaceous notes and dried red fruit. Oak dominates the palate, too, light animal notes, fruit pushed into the background, fairly prominent astringent tannins, smoky notes, more peanuts and some cocoa, quite good persistence and depth, mineral notes, very good finsh. Oak still slightly dominant at this stage, needs time.
