Translate to English Recht kühler und herber, etwas angetrocknet-pflanzlicher Duft mit floralen und verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie gewisser Mineralik im Hintergrund. Herbe, eher schlanke Frucht, nussige, leicht hefige und pflanzliche noten, feine Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund Mineralik, recht fester Bau, sehr guter Abgang mit feiner Würze und wieder auch Griff.
