Translate to English Entwickelter, getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger, etwas floraler und leicht pfeffriger Duft nach teils angetrockneten schwarzen und roten Beeren mit gewürzigen Aromen sowie einem Hauch Fleisch und Jod. Reife, entwickelte, teils angetrocknet und eingekocht wirkende Frucht mit Kakaonoten, Aromen kandierter Nüsse und Karamell, ziemlich kräftig im Mund, gewisse Wärme und Süße, feinsandiges, recht präsentes, aber überwiegend mürbes Tannin, gute Substanz und nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter bis langer, warmer, süßlicher Abgang nach getrockneten Früchten mit gewürzigen Noten, Rauch, Tabak und Schokolade. Mehr Amarone als Valpolicella, aber in seiner barocken Art eben auch sehr gut gemacht.
