2016 Sauvignon "Garnellen" Anphora, Italy

Light nutty, somewhat yeasty and floral scent of ripe yellow fruits with yellow spicy nuances, vegetable to herbal nuances and a hint of protein. Ripe, warm, melted fruit with a very fine acidity and noticeable touch of tannins, nutty, floral and delicate yellow spicy notes reminiscent of saffron on the palate, a hint of nut butter, good substance and persistence, certain depth, very good, juicy and melty finish with fine spice and mineral tones.
