2005 D.O. Ycoden-Daute-Isora Patio Real, Canary islands, Spain

Overripe, preserved cherries on the nose, rather individualistic nose with light herbaceous notes, slightly artificial notes and at the same time quite down to earth in style. Some more overripe cherries and berries on the palate, with an almost Southern touch, candied cherries, spicy garrique notes and some raspberries, fairly light-bodied, but has some substance and persistence, shows its origins, good finish.
