2008 Topikos Oinos Imathias/Τοπικός Οίνος Ημαθίας Vios Ellinon / Βιος Ελληνων, Macedonia / Μακεδονία, Greece

Slightly spicy berry nose, some medicinal herbs, earthy notes and old oak. Preserved red berries on the palate, ginger bread spice, modern style, rapidly becomes more complex and persistent with aeration, delicately bitter herbaceous notes, touch of tar and pepper, medium tannins, fairly full-bodied and has some substance, good finish.
