2017 Maremma Toscana DOC "Saragio", Tuscany, Italy

Clear, quite fine and polished aroma of mixed berries and a little cherry with very light floral and somewhat dried herbal aromas. Tight, tangy, clear fruit, nutty and slightly chocolaty aromas, very fine, crumbly tannin, persistent, good substance and some alcohol warmth, slightly sweet spicy aromas, hints of liquorice, salt in the background, very good, firm, juicy and chocolaty-spicy finish, again with noticeable alcohol
