Vale da Capucha
Winery Wines

2013 Torres Vedras DOC Vale da Capucha, Estremadura, Portugal

Astringent, clearly vegetable and also earthy fragrance with herbal notes, yellow fruity hints, light meat and a touch of rubber. Clear, quite juicy, yet tangy fruit with fine acidity, vegetable and slightly nutty aromas on the palate, some grip, good substance and persistence, very delicately spicy tones, some melting, but also still drying tannins, good to very good finish with a touch of bacon and gum.
